This page describes the personal data that the website www.tutiac.com collects, why it collects it, how long it keeps it, and the rights you have. The publisher of the website is identified in the legal notice.
What we collect, and why
Contact forms
The website’s forms send your message, your name and your email address to our teams by email. This information is not stored in the website’s database – it stays in our mailboxes while we deal with your request. We keep it for one year, then we delete it.
It is used solely to reply to you. It is never sold, nor used to send you marketing messages without your consent.
Statistics and audience measurement
We measure traffic to the website with Matomo, a tool hosted in the European Union. The statistics are compiled for our use only: they are never sold, never cross-referenced with data from other websites, and never used for advertising.
Its configuration meets the conditions set by the CNIL, the French data protection authority, for exempting audience measurement from consent: your IP address is truncated before it is recorded, no identifier follows you from one website to another, the details of individual visits are not kept, and the data are deleted after twenty-five months.
You can nevertheless refuse this measurement. Your choice is stored in your browser: you will need to make it again if you change device or clear your browsing data.
Cookies set by the website
- Audience measurement — two Matomo cookies: one identifies your visit for thirty minutes, the other tells visitors apart without making it possible to identify you, for thirteen months at most.
- Your choices — one cookie records your answer to the cookie banner, and another records that you confirmed your age when you entered the website.
- Language — one cookie remembers the display language you chose.
You can delete these cookies, and prevent them from being set, in your browser settings. The website remains available, but you will be asked for your language and your age confirmation again on every visit.
External links and services
Some pages link to websites that we do not operate: our online shop, our social media accounts, and the area reserved for our members. When you follow one of these links, you leave this website and come under the privacy policy of the service concerned. The website also loads its fonts from a third-party service, which involves a request to that provider’s servers.
How long we keep your data
- The messages received through our forms are kept for one year.
- The traffic data collected by Matomo are kept for twenty-five months, then deleted automatically.
- The cookies last thirteen months at most, and often much less.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data concerning you, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. To exercise them, write to contact@tutiac.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the competent supervisory authority in France.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted in France by OVH. It is served over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted to authorised persons, and repeated login attempts are blocked automatically.
